Early Morning Workouts
Finding time to fit in a workout in our daily schedules becomes increasingly hard as we pack our schedules with work, plans, social outings, and hobbies. But making time to work on your fitness every day is one of the most important things in the world you can do for your health. So where do you fit in the all-important workout? Millions of people will tell you: the morning!
Waking up early to go work out hard and effectively is not easy to do. Dragging your rear out of bed, into the cold, dark, outdoors, and going for a run, going to the gym, or attending that 5 a.m. spinning class sounds horrible, but many of the fittest people in the world will tell you this is the best time to work out.
First of all, for those of you who consider working out a chore, this gets it out of the way, and allows you to continue on with your day.
Second, exercising in the morning will give you the energy you need to get through your day. As you develop this habit, it will be easier to get up in the morning, last throughout the day, and remain productive in the evening.
Finally, exercise has proven to increase endorphins - hormones that improve your mood and disposition. Starting your day healthy, fit, energized, and happy sounds like the best way to start a day!
